These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Tech Box mobile applications and related services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the app.

You may use the app only for its intended lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not interfere with the operation of the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service where prohibited by law, or use the app in a way that could harm Tech Box, other users, or third parties.

Unless otherwise stated, the app, its design, branding, software, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Tech Box and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you except for the limited right to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any part of the app at any time in order to improve functionality, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Tech Box disclaims warranties except where they cannot be excluded by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Box will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from use of the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
